Games and availability
Game descriptions, screenshots, features, platforms, ratings, prices, and release plans may change before release. A game or product is available only when an active purchase or download link is clearly displayed.
Intellectual property
The games, characters, stories, Durazevis language, names, logos, artwork, card designs, text, audio, video, and website presentation are owned by or licensed to J.A. BACCELLIERI ENTERPRISES, INC. They may not be copied, sold, republished, or used to create derivative products without written permission, except as allowed by law.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape the site at disruptive volume, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Third-party services
Shopify operates this website’s commerce platform. Apple operates the App Store. The Game Crafter would separately handle any future Defiance of the Gods print-on-demand orders. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, payment systems, and support responsibilities.
Orders and support
If merchandise sales open, the checkout provider’s displayed price, taxes, shipping terms, return terms, and order confirmation will govern that transaction. For game, accessibility, privacy, or product-content questions, use the dedicated address for the relevant title.
